.. the most fun you’ve had in days is a few hours listening to your husband whistle the music of The New Pornographers while you contentedly bust out your paints and paint your own Trikky.
Not familiar with Trikky?
Trikky is one of the many characters created by kidrobot (Click here to see others.) which is a company that makes Vinyl toys. And, because they’re smart folks, they made a line of “Paint your own!” versions of some of their most popular characters, among which is Trikky.
I was commissioned to paint Trikky by a benefactor known only as Eric (hee) who asked me to create a piece for him.
So, as you can see from the pic above, I did.
His name is Space Hooper.
It was too much fun.
I have another “Paint your own” in a box, just waiting to be created.
WOW, I’m really embracing my nerdy side lately. We won’t even talk about the Anime convention I’m likely attending this weekend.
